Blogpaws was awesome….er….pawsome.
I had a great time at Blogpaws this weekend, plus I learned some new things that will help make all my blogs better. I have attended a blog conference before, in fact I went to Alt Summit in 2011 and I had never even read a blog before, I kept that to myself however. I learned a lot there too, and that’s what got me started on the blog path. Blogpaws was great because I got to meet the people behind the blogs that I have followed through Roxy the traveling dog the past year and a half.
This is Roxy, Torrey and I with one of the many dogs that were there. This is Charlie from Weinerful life. He is a dachshund that looks so much like Torrey it’s awesome.
I was really lucky that Blogpaws was just 60 miles away from us, so that made it super easy to go. And how awesome that they found a pet friendly hotel where we could all meet with our pets. I took Roxy with me everyday, otherwise no one would know who I was. Her picture is all over the blog and stuff, not mine. LOL!! Anyway, she just chilled with me in the sessions or at lunch or wherever. I had to wonder what the hotel staff thought of all the dogs in the main conference room during breakfast and lunch. They couldn’t have been more accommodating though. If you ever have the chance to go to any kind of blog conference, take it. The sessions, the networking, and being able to meet your blog friends shouldn’t be missed. I am renewed, recharged, and ready to take on the blogosphere.
awesome event. My Pet life would probably be to dull on a blog. I enjoy yours so much so please keep it going. Thanks for the bag of diatomaceous earth. Hope your traveling will be safe. Good luck in Jackson hole. I’m sure it will be cooler weather for all of you. I would be going fishing if I was there. Yum good old trout.
