Artsy Fartsy Tuesday- Lou Belcher
Last weeks featured artist introduced me to today’s featured artist, Lou Belcher. Lou does very cute cat portraits that have such great personality. She is so busy with painting, and writing 4 different blogs, I’m not sure how she keeps up.
